    The Siemens Frontier Partner Program is looking for startup partners to help us transform manufacturing: reduce time to market, enhance flexibility, and increase efficiency for our customers. Frontier helps entrepreneurs to develop their solutions and get them to market faster, making our industrial customers more competitive.

    Technology Developer Support Marketing Funding Opportunities
    Free 1-year developer licenses to Siemens software tools and platforms to help test and demonstrate new solutions in 3D printing, Robotics, and Augmented and Virtual Reality. Please consider the software that we are currently offering to Frontier partners; tell us if you want to see other software added to this list! Direct access to Siemens experts for 1 year, up to 2 free gold memberships to Learning Advantage online training, and participation in our active online communities of users and developers Chance to showcase your solution to Siemens and, by invitation, to our customers at Siemens live events and user groups . Use of our partner logo in your own marketing materials, and listing on Siemens PLM Software’s website Review by Siemens TTB for selection to the annual New Ventures Forum, other TTB events, and potential NRE funding

     

    What do we expect from Frontier Partners?

    We expect that you will use the provided software as described in your application, tell us about your progress quarterly, and be willing to give presentations on your developments at Siemens PLM events or customer visits, if and when we request. We also expect you to give us prompt access to beta versions/demos of any developed product for evaluation.

    We do not expect that you share any unprotected intellectual property or source code with us, either in your application or during the partnership.

    Please note the Frontier Partner licenses are for development, not commercialization. Before you have a launch-ready product, Siemens PLM Software will negotiate a separate, commercial license agreement with you.

    And after Siemens Frontier?

    When you are ready to commercialize, we will negotiate a commercial license with you, or terms for a commercial launch, and you will exit the Frontier Partner Program. Typical Terms & Conditions for a commercial license are viewable online after you submit your application. You can work with Siemens to leverage our channels, or you can go to market on your own; it is your choice. You may also wish to join the Siemens PLM Solution Partner Program.
